Iceland is a ridiculously beautiful country, covered with mountains, moss-covered lava fields, and otherworldly lunar landscapes– not to mention thermal baths. It offers plenty of outdoor adventures, as well as delicious seafood (except the rotten shark)! I visited the south and east of Iceland in 2014, and the north in 2019.
